WORSHIP!

In lite of last nights worship, which was composed of music and prayer, I was asking God to direct me in that time, to Submerge me in his presence during that time and every single day, so that I may really know what it is to seek him daily and eternally! God is faithful and in our weaknesses he makes us strong, this morning reading a book by Elizabeth Eliot and I run across this portion...

"but worship is not feeling. Worship is not an experience. Worship is an act, and it takes discipline. We are to worship "in spirit and in truth." Never mind about the feelings. We are to worship in spite of them."

John 4:23-24
23Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.

24God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth."
